Refund policy

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer must pay for the return. The return adress is: FreeByMaria, Skogveien 36C, 1406 Ski.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order when you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/size(do not try it on/wear it), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buyer has the right to exchange the item for other items at an equivalent price.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return, please contact us at: post@freebymaria.com. Note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: FreeByMaria, Skogveien 36 C, 1406 Ski Norway. 

Exceptions / non-returnable goods: Agreements for the sale of goods and services outside fixed business premises when the total contract sum, including shipping and additional costs that the seed user must pay, is NOK 300,- or less. This is in accordance with the Act on the right of withdrawal. paragraph 2 letter G. Certain types of goods cannot be returned: Underwear that has been used cannot be returned. Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return, and where the sealing has been broken after delivery. This is in accordance with the Act on the right of withdrawal section 22 letter G. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
